Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Apparel Stack ("apparelstack.com," "the platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Service

Apparel Stack provides a review and comparison platform for apparel and fashion technology and service providers. To use certain features you must create an account. When doing so, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform

User Content and Conduct

You may submit reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Content") to the platform. By submitting User Content you agree that:

• Your reviews reflect your genuine, first-hand experience with the product or service
• You will not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or incentivized reviews
• You grant Apparel Stack a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your User Content on the platform
• We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any content that violates these terms or our review guidelines

Vendor Profiles

Vendors may claim and manage their product profiles on Apparel Stack. Claiming a profile is free. Vendors may update product descriptions, features, pricing, and media, but may not modify, remove, or influence user-submitted reviews or ratings. Misrepresentation of product information may result in profile suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software on Apparel Stack (excluding User Content) are the property of Apparel Stack or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without prior written permission. Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on vendor profiles belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Apparel Stack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform, including user-submitted reviews. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apparel Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, submit fraudulent content, or engage in conduct that harms the platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though previously published reviews may remain visible in anonymized form.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
