What do you like best?

the core functionality is solid once you have it set up. inventory tracking across our warehouses actually works, and being able to see sku level data tied to financials in one place is genuinely useful.

What do you dislike?

the ui feels like it hasn't been updated in a decade. navigation is clunky and finding things takes way more clicks than it should. onboarding new team members is painful because nothing is intuitive, everyone needs weeks of training just to do basic tasks.
